Conservation Force has been a leader in conservation of elephants across Africa from the very inception of the organization. It has initiated, participated in and/or helped implement the national elephant conservation strategies, management plans and action plans in Botswana, Cameroon, Ethiopia, RSA, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Our programs cover hundreds of thousands of elephant-most surviving today. The Force has initiated and supported rural community related programs and control of poaching in those same countries. We are the unquestioned leader and foremost expert in ESA and CITES conservation enhancement permitting.
